MEMBERSHIP APPLICATION
Thank you for your interest in joining ADCO. If you are seeking to purchase insurance as part of the ADCO My School program, or are opening a new centre and need to hire staff,  please do not leave your application until the last minute. From the time you file your application to the time you receive your letter of membership in good standing can take up to six weeks, depending on how promptly you remit your payment. You may get started right away by filling out the fields below to file your application electronically. Once you have submitted your form, you will receive an invoice in the mail. Please follow the payment instructions on the invoice. Thank you for following this process and for being patient while we process your application.

Centre Membership
First centre:                                                                                                          $280/year
(includes owner/manager access to the "members only" section of the ADCO web
site, regular installments of our Policy Watch e-newsletter, eligibility for member discounts,
eligibility to purchase commercial liability and group benefits insurance at special rates
through exclusive ADCO programs, priority access to the Member Help Line and much more.)
Each additional site:                                                                                     $122/centre/year
(includes member discounts for each centre)

Large Multi-Site (up to 25 Ontario locations):                                        $1700/year(Includes same benefits as first centre above. Plus member discounts for each centre)Each additional site:                                                                                      $50/centre/year  
Max Mulit-Site (up to 40 Ontario locations):                                            $2500/year
(Includes same benefits as first centre above. Plus member discounts for each centre)Each additional site:                                                                                      $25/centre/year
Associate Corporate MembershipBusinesses supplying goods/services to child care centres                $300/year
(includes one free flyer insert mailing or email blast to centre members, inclusion in annual
supplier directory referenced online and via our 1-800 call centre, advance notice of various
print and mail advertising opportunities, advance notice of sponsorship opportunities,
invitations to online networking events with ADCO members, and the option of participating in
additional promotions related to ADCO's member discount program.)

Associate Individual Membership
Individuals interested in operating a licensed child care program       $150/year    (includes Policy Watch e-newsletter, regular email updates, invitations to participate in online networking opportunities,
eligibility for most member discounts (including home and auto insurance), priority access to the ADCO help line, and more.)
Student membership (requries proof of student status)
An individual enrolled in an ECE degree/diploma program                    $50/two years
(includes one magazine subscription, invitations to participate in networking
opportunities with child care owners and managers, eligibility for most
member discounts.)
