Thank you for your commitment to serving as an ADCO volunteer. Your time and expertise are a very important resource. To ensure these resources are allocated wisely and that ADCO volunteers are receiving the support and recognition they deserve, ADCO has introduced a variety of monitoring tools.

The first is the Volunteer Time Reporting Form. This online form allows you to register any contribution of time you've made to your work with ADCO, as well as any related expenses such as mileage or supplies.

The second is the Committee Chair Reporting Form. This online form allows Committee Chairs to complete a simple report at the conclusion of each committee meeting and submit it to ADCO, so there is an accurate record of the meeting.

In all cases, a copy of the data you've submitted will be automatically sent to you by email, in case you wish to retain this information for your own files.
